Here at Food for Good Thought, we offer a variety of different services. One of the services that we offer is our post-secondary transition services. This program is called the Everybody Works Transition Program that is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities by providing comprehensive life skills training both in the classroom and in real-world workplace settings. Our program is des
igned to support a smooth and successful transition into adulthood by focusing on practical skills that promote independence, self-confidence, and career readiness. Through personalized instruction, hands-on job experience, and a supportive learning environment, we help participants build the tools they need to thrive in their communities and achieve their personal and professional goals.
