A little behind-the-scenes look at what’s happening at Wigglebutt Coffee. ☕🐾

R&D means a lot of tasting, comparing, tweaking, roasting, and probably drinking more coffee than strictly necessary.

We’re working through several new green coffees right now, learning what each one offers and figuring out which ones deserve a spot in the lineup. Some may become future single origins, some may help us improve an existing coffee, and some may simply teach us something useful along the way.

For us, it’s not just about finding a “good” coffee. It’s about finding coffees we’re excited to roast, proud to put our name on, and genuinely think you’ll enjoy drinking.

Stay tuned. Some very good things may be coming out of these little bags.

Yesterday we had a day off from the roastery and went and hung out with Mr. Popo for a few hours. Picked him up in Olive Branch, MS, and took him up to Middle Tennessee Boxer Rescue Was a great few hours in the truck with him. He loved being in the truck. He curled up and slept off and on most of the trip. Occasionally, he would pop up to see what was going on.
