• Peruvian Roots 🇵🇪 — bold, classic flavors from ceviche to arroz con mariscos
• Nikkei Experience 🇵🇪🇯🇵 — where Japan meets Peru (think salmon aburi + pulpo al olivo)
• Chifa Experience 🇵🇪🇨🇳 — wok-fired, flavor-packed dishes like tallarín saltado
