A Tortoise Supper Club fall guest favorite returns this evening, only for the month of October. The Pheasant Pie is an individual buttery crusted pie stuffed with Wisconsin pheasant, fresh root vegetables, Cognac peppercorn sauce, and crispy skin garnish. Enjoy this house-made dish with a glass of chardonnay, live jazz, happy hour, or however you like. We look forward to being part of your fall traditions. 🍂🥂
