Fresh morels are the star of the plate! We are stuffing the mushrooms with a house-made chicken and ramp sausage, and roasting them in brown butter. Yukon gold potatoes are transformed into a silky, butter-ladened puree. The dish is finished with chicken jus for a touch of acid. Available this weekend!🇫🇷
