Soft shell season, the Melfi’s way.

The appetizer leans bold — a lightly fried Carolina soft shell perched over tonnato, that savory, briny Northern Italian sauce you didn’t know you were craving. Tuna, anchovy, caper… it eats rich, bright, and a little wild. Chili oil and herbs bring it all the way home.

The entrée keeps things a little more classic, but no less dialed — crispy soft shell over lemon tarragon risotto, buttery and sharp in all the right places. Finished with citrusy agrumato and fennel fronds for that clean, aromatic lift.

Two plates, same star, completely different directions.
