Our team was so excited to attend the grand opening and ribbon-cutting at 573 Meeting Street this past Friday alongside the incredible team at One80 Place! 🎉🏠

This six-story community includes 70 permanent affordable housing apartments, a brand-new Women and Family Shelter, and on-site supportive services including case management, healthcare, and employment support.

We are proud to have helped manage the Charleston County funds that were used to build affordable housing like this, and we are incredibly happy to have had the opportunity to partner on a project that serves our most vulnerable community. What One80 Place has built here is truly something special! 🙌✨

Donna brings deep expertise in operations leadership, strategic ex*****on, and building high-performing teams. She has led initiatives supporting approximately $3.5 million in monthly revenue, driving process improvements, operational readiness, and scalable growth across organizations. During her time at Expeditors International, she gained global experience and led a team in San Juan, Puerto Rico to a first-time milestone of $1 million in monthly revenue, earning recognition as a Top 1% performer among more than 19,000 employees worldwide.

She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Newberry College, along with multiple certifications in leadership, project management, and business development, and is a Level 1 Certified Trainer. At SCCLF, she oversees operations and supports our mission to expand economic opportunity across the state.
