We just want to sincerely thank you all for your business tonight. If you were here tonight, you probably witnessed a pretty chaotic few hours.
We have never been that backed up. And I think that anyone that regularly visits us will know that we have some pretty insane Friday nights. None of which compares to this one.
I would be lying if I said that it will never happen again. It absolutely will. We continue to grow and scale based on demand. We continue to refine process. We continue to get better at everything we do. But it certainly will not come without error.
Just know that we absolutely learn from every one of these errors and apply them towards improving our process.
We also want to thank Nick Milehighfooddude for creating more exposure to our little restaurant. We definitely felt the impact of his review, and are super grateful for it. So if you do not already follow him on Facebook, Instagram or YouTube, please do so. He is the real deal in this space!
