It’s National Poutine Day, and we’re celebrating the only way we know how—by loading up the fries. Whether you want to keep it “classy” or bring the heat, we’ve got a bowl with your name on it at Wild Blue Yonder Brewing Co.

For when you’re feeling a little “puttin’ on the ritz.” We take our crispy French fries and smother them in fresh cheese curds and our homemade mushroom red wine gravy. It’s rich, earthy, and sophisticated enough to pair with your favorite stout or porter.

* The Vibe: Exceptionally crisp and “crushable.” This is the ultimate accessory for a sunny afternoon on our patio. Low ABV, high refreshment.
🍒 Castle Rauch * Style: Smoked Porter | ABV: 6.5%
* The Vibe: A true community effort! This Collab Fest entry was brewed at Alidade Brewing Co. alongside all of the Brewer’s Association breweries in Castle Rock. We added 20 pounds of cherries to the smoke profile for a complex, delicious finish.

* Style: Hazy IPA | ABV: 7.0%
