Everyone is on the edge of their seats waiting for updates. We've been busy getting ready to open for you. Things got a little Interesting for our bakery over the last week. Did you know we own a bakery in Westland? We are bringing our best recipes to Chapel Coffee Co., but maybe not this creepy lamb cake. Find us popping up at the parade tonight! We will be sharing some FREE samples and would love to meet you all.

While our shop isn't open just yet, we will be set up with other vendors just outside the coffee shop. We would love to meet you and chat about our plans. (Psst, we're opening this spring!)

Details about tonight's parade:
Join us for our annual Santa Comes to Town in Carleton. There will be activities in downtown from 5:30-6:30 pm. Enjoy music, decorations, food trucks and hot beverages while we anticipate Santa's arrival. At 6:00 pm the Christmas Parade will roll down Monroe Street welcoming Santa to the Village. After the parade, come to the Carleton Branch Library for some holiday fun. Santa will arrive at the branch to visit with the kids. Bring your camera to catch these treasured memories.

Want a taste of what's to come? Head over to our bakery in Westland for some delicious cinnamon rolls. Big, fluffy cinnamon rolls and rotating feature flavor rolls are available Fridays 10am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm. 8036, N Wayne Rd, Westland.

Looking for a cinnamon roll without frosting? We usually have some in the back without frosting. Ask at the counter or call ahead.

Progress update: The kitchen install has begun! Up until this point, we've been repairing and updating various parts of the building. Some parts are 142 years old, after all.

Do we have an open date? Not yet. But stay tuned!

In the meantime, tell us what you hope to see on the menu.

We hosted an intimate wedding for our sister and her new husband. What an honor to be part of a beautiful love story.

We rescued this beautiful Victorian couch. She's stunning in front of the exposed brick. Shout-out to Tony for all the sweat effort put into showing us this glorious brick that was laid in 1883.

We absolutely cannot wait to serve our town! Great things come to those who wait. ☕️
