Hey everyone! It’s been a little quiet over here lately, and I’ve truly missed our chats. I wanted to pop in and apologize for being FB MIA—it wasn't intentional, but between a busy gluten-free catering season and flour-covered counters, life has kept me away from the screens!

I’ve been pouring my heart into the finishing touches behind the scenes, and I’m so excited to share that we are so close to firing up our Virtual Gluten-Free Sourdough Class!
I know many of you have been waiting patiently for the secret to that perfect, tangy GF boule. I can't wait to get into the kitchen with you, but as I finalize the logistics, I want to make sure this class serves your needs.
To make your bread journey as simple as possible, I’d love your input on a few things:
• The Starter: Do you already have one going, or would you prefer the option to pick one up (local) or have one mailed to you?
• The Ingredients: Would you prefer a "Beginner’s Pack" with enough pre-blended flour for your first loaf, or would you want to create your own blend from scratch that fits your own needs?
