For the war between the Latte and Drip has started May the force be with you this month. As the month goes you will get to see the forces fight it out, at the end of the month we will post the WINNER. Each cup counts towards the force you stand with.

The Latte is the ultimate hedonist. It’s better because it’s a physical experience. You don't just drink a latte; you interact with it. You feel the weight of the microfoam on your upper lip—that "stache" of white silk—and the way the espresso's dark, roasted oils are suspended in the heavy cream.

If "better" means depth and stamina, then Drip Coffee takes the crown.

Dinner is Served! The Kitchen Table Cafe is Now Open Evenings!

We’re excited to announce that The Kitchen Table Cafe is now open for dinner, bringing authentic, SEOUL-warming Korean cuisine right here to Callicoon.

The Menu: Experience big-city flavors with a small-town feel. Our dinner menu features:
Our signature Bibimbap
Noodles (Beef or Pork)
Korean Pancakes
BanChan (Korean side dishes)
When to Visit:
Join us for dinner on Friday, Saturday, and Monday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

How to Order:
Take-Out or Dine-In: All orders are serviced for take-out. Limited seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis if you wish to eat here.
No Reservations: Seriously, no reservations are needed—just walk in!
Pre-Orders: Get ahead of the dinner rush! You can start placing your orders at 3:00 PM for a pick-up time of 5:00 PM or later.
Stay Tuned! Keep an eye out for special features and items, including those not on the dinner menu!

Before it reaches our roaster, it was a seed in a nursery. It was a cherry picked at the peak of ripeness by someone who knows the land like a lyric. It was washed, dried, sorted, and shipped across oceans.
By the time we apply the heat, that bean carries the hard work of dozens of families. We don’t just roast coffee; we honor a legacy.
Thank you for helping us complete the journey. Remember all the love that has gone into one single cup. From our hearts to the farmers, coffee is a labor of LOVE from the first hands to the last.
