Due to last week’s heat wave we where forced to close our kitchen. In this process of trying to keep our kitchen and back area cool we lost our big cooler. Not only did we need to toss the stuff we go for the weekend but we need to fix the unit. Yes we are going to try to fix. Due to this big cooler down this has cut into what the kitchen and front can do. We will be stopping dinners and some items until this is fixed or replace. Please be patient with us since this is very stressful this time of year.

As always we will be close on July 4. This is so our staff and us get together with our families once over the summer. There is no better day for family than July 4. We will also not have dinners this weekend since it’s a holiday weekend. In August we will be taking a brake from dinners to spend time with our son before school goes back and it’s just too hot in the kitchen for long days. Be the great person you are and have an amazing summer.

It is distinct from the more common cabbage kimchi due to its tender-crisp texture and the sharp, natural sweetness of the scallions. Spicy Scallion Kimchi: Slender green onions fermented in a rich, umami-laden chili paste, carrot and daikon radish. Bold, pungent, and slightly sweet.” Our made in house Pa-Kimchi is made with dried squid and all the right asian ingredents. This is part of our Korean Side dishes (BanChan)
