It’s not often that you can get your Pappy’s fix on Sunday or Monday, but Travis and crew will be out in the truck all week at the Clay County 4-H Fair, braving the heat to bring you the goods!

Walk around, check out the exhibits, pet the animals, check out the chicken and pigs and then, well… go eat them! 😁

On a sincere note, we would like to congratulate all the 4-H’ers on their projects and wish them the best of luck this week!

People love calling appetizers “sharables.”

Well, all week long we see the side eyes when someone at the table takes that one nacho chip with all the cheese you were saving for last. The eye roll when someone reaches across the table for the last jalapeño popper after claiming they “weren’t even hungry.”

Last Friday we left you hanging… and for that, we’re sorry.

Being closed meant no Rib Night, and we’re pretty sure some of you had to eat a sad little salad or something equally disappointing.

Good news: we’re open TODAY, the smokers are rolling, and Rib Night is BACK.

Starting at 4 PM, we’ll have our slow-smoked ribs served up by the half or full slab, with all the BBQ goodness you were supposed to get last week.

Consider this our official apology… served with smoke, sauce, and enough ribs to make you forget we were ever gone.
