The Greenbriar Inn is an elegant restaurant, tavern and private event space located in the north Boulder countryside and nestled at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. The surrounding 20 acres features two ponds, striking woodland, and thriving vegetable, fruit, and flower gardens. The cuisine focuses on seasonal, American classics and is complimented by a 900 label award-winning wine cellar. Bar & Patio Menu Tuesday - Sunday 5pm- close; Happy Hour 5-7pm

When life gives you cucumbers, make cocktails! Our garden cucumbers are being harvested in droves so we couldn’t resist creating a couple of refreshing cucumber libations!

🥒 The Cucumber Collins combines our fresh cucumber juice with Hendrick’s gin, rose simple and lemon.

🌱The Garden Hugo Spritz is a delicious Sunday brunch drink with cucumber juice, prosecco, St. Germain, garden mint and lime.
