FRESH INGREDIENTS: Since 1997, we’ve been cookin’ up Southern-style Creole and Cajun dishes alongside classic Americana offerings like burgers, slow-smoked BBQ and homemade pizzas. Fresh ingredients are vital in creating the consistently enjoyable dishes we serve. LIVE MUSIC: The only thing we enjoy more than delicious grub and tasty brew is live music. The Grill & Brew always has and always will pack the house with local and nationally touring acts playing all the genres our town enjoys: blues, bluegrass, folk, roots, rock, reggae, Americana, country and everything in between! Join us Tuesdays from 5-9 pm for our Bluegrass Pick, and make sure to check our page for live music on Fridays and Saturdays! FAMILY & FRIENDS: The amazing folks in Lyons, Colorado welcomed us with open arms nearly 25 years ago and continuously support us to this day. We consider all of our guests family, because that’s how they’ve treated us … like family. As a local business, we find it extremely important to give back to the community that has uplifted us since the beginning. The Grill & Brew is conveniently situated across the street from Sandstone Park on the main drag of downtown and can be accessed from both Main St. and Broadway.
