🍂 Our New Fall Menu Is Here!

We’re excited to introduce a new lineup of warm, comforting dishes for the season, including Chinese Beef Noodle Soup, Nagasaki Champon, Spicy Seafood Ramen, Korean Bulgogi, Galbi, Hot Stone Bibimbap, and more.

We also want to be transparent about our new pricing. Noodlezip is an independent, family-owned restaurant—not a franchise or large corporation with significant buying power. When major suppliers such as Sysco and US Foods, as well as retail markets like Costco, Sam’s Club, and Walmart, raise their prices, we have no control over those increases.

The cost of many ingredients, especially beef, has risen dramatically, with some items now costing 200–250% more than before. Because we operate on a small scale, these increases immediately affect our daily operating costs.

We truly hate raising prices, especially during a difficult economy. Many of you have supported us regularly since we first opened, and we never take that loyalty for granted. We have kept the increases as limited as possible, but these adjustments are necessary for our small restaurant to continue.

Thank you for understanding and for continuing to support Noodlezip. We truly appreciate every one of you. ❤️

As always, everything is prepared in limited quantities, and we may close early when sold out.

After a full 7 days last week, including our special dinner weekend, I’m definitely feeling it today. 😅

I’m going to take today to get some much-needed rest and recharge.

Noodlezip will be closed today, Monday, September 21st.

Friday, August 14th

It’s been a rough week for me. I’ve been pretty tired and a little all over the place, and I think it’s starting to show — a few more cuts, burns, and bruises than usual.

I think my body is telling me it’s time to slow down for a day.

So I’m going to take today off, get some rest, clear my head, and spend a little time with my daughter before she goes back to school next week.

I’m sorry for the short notice, especially to anyone who was planning to come in today.

Noodlezip will be closed today, Friday, August 14th, and I’ll be back to normal hours Monday, August 17th, rested and refreshed.

UPDATE – 4:15 PM

I owe everyone an apology.

I’ve been on the phone and troubleshooting with our system administrator since 9:00 AM, and unfortunately, as of 4:15 PM, we are still not back online.

At this point, I don’t believe we’ll be able to open for dinner service tonight.

I know many of you were looking forward to trying the new menu, and trust me, nobody is more frustrated about this than I am right now. I’ve spent the entire day talking to tech support instead of cooking noodles. That’s never a good sign.

Our goal is to have everything fixed and ready to go tomorrow. If the system is still giving us trouble, we will do our best to open anyway and operate on a cash-only basis if necessary.

Please note that we do not have an ATM on site, so please plan accordingly should that happen.

We’re a very small team, and when something like this happens, there isn’t much of a backup plan. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Again, I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience.

Hopefully we’ll see you tomorrow with hot pho, cold b**r, and a brand-new menu.
