As the seasons change, one of BOCCA’s most exquisite dishes makes its much-anticipated return to the menu—our Braised Beef Short Rib.

Slow-braised until beautifully tender, our rich, melt-in-your-mouth beef short rib is served over creamy polenta and complemented by a luxurious Bordelaise sauce, earthy artisanal mushrooms, and delicate baby carrots. Deep, savory flavors and elegant simplicity make this the ultimate cool-weather indulgence.

🍷 The perfect pairing? A bold Super Tuscan or another full-bodied red w**e to complement the richness of the dish. Ask your server for a recommendation to make the experience even more memorable.

We’re kicking off the season this Thursday, October 1 from 5–7 PM with an evening on the patio featuring five beautiful w**es from our friends at Alabama Crown.
