Sashimi Crudo

2 pieces of tuna, 2 pieces of hamachi and 2 pieces of madai sashimi paired with pickled jalapeños, radish, and shallots. Dressed with a blood orange ponzu and seasame chili oil, topped with micro greens.

Beautifully fresh. A refreshing spring-like reprieve for the palate.
