Curious about our main milk supplier?🐄

Swallow Hill Jersey Dairy is a dairy farm located in Jamestown, Ohio. Todd Fliehman is the owner and operator of the farm and has been in the business since graduating high school. Todd's milk is heated at a lower temperature for a longer period of time, which better preserves its flavor and potential beneficial substances. The milk does not go through the homogenization process to break down the fats so the fattier cream rises to the top of the milk (simply scrape it off!). And above all else, Todd treats his cattle with nothing but the love and respect that they deserve!

While Swallow Hill Jersey Dairy is our primary supplier, there will, of course, be other options available!

Namesake Coffee:

Founded in 2016 after relocating from Denver to Dayton, Namesake Coffee Roasters was created by Michael and Jessica Beans out of a deep passion for specialty coffee and community connection. Inspired by their time living together in Cairo, Egypt, the couple built the company around sourcing high-quality, complex coffees that offer a memorable experience through flavor, aroma, and craftsmanship. Namesake focuses on fresh, small-batch roasting, ethical sourcing through fair-trade importers, and organic options whenever possible, while also supporting local nonprofits and community initiatives throughout the Dayton area.

More than just a coffee company, Namesake reflects the founders’ commitment to creating meaningful connections and using coffee as a way to uplift and support others.
