details :: revenge of the third son is our custom junmai daiginjo sake crafted for OTOKO by higashiyama brewery via our friends at . ⁠

label notes :: the symbol on the front label is one of chef ’s iconic tattoos + done by his friend david wofford, whose signature rests on the bottom left of the sake label, too.⁠

tasting notes :: crisp, mineral, smooth + dry with a little signature funkiness⁠
