Mañana is a coffee & bakeshop located in the South Congress Hotel courtyard. Mañana features a curated menu of specialty coffee drinks, a rotating menu of house made pastries and snacks, seasonal paletas and ice creams, and grab-n-go items.

this year’s lineup includes our classic caramel apple, spiced pumpkin, and chocolate bourbon pecan pies and NEW mini-sized versions of each flavor, too! top ‘em off with pints of classic vanilla, toasted cinnamon, brown butter pecan ice creams + vanilla whipped cream, all made by our incredible south congress hotel pastry team. pre-orders are live now through november 21 with pickup available at our south congress location all season long on saturdays in november + through thanksgiving week, too.
