Introducing our new Summer Salads.

Our Greek Panzanella Salad is a vibrant Mediterranean inpired salad with tri colored bell peppers, crisp cucumbers, ripe tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, tossed in our house vinaigrette and finished with golden house made French baguette croutons.

The Watermelon Feta Salad features refreshing and cool cucumbers paired with creamy feta and chopped mint, lightly drizzled with our house lime honey vinaigrette for the perfect balance of sweet, salty and citrusy flavors.

Both options are a perfect, light and refreshing indulgence in this heat wave.

Today is about the mothers who raised us, the ones still beside us, the ones we miss deeply and the women who give so much of themselves every single day without always being recognized for it.

So many of the people who support our little business are mothers, joining us to celebrate milestones, gathering family around the table and showing up for everyone else while rarely putting themselves first. As a family business, that means something to us. The love, care, patience and strength that mothers carry is the same spirit we try to pour into everything we create.

We have been completely humbled by the generosity of this community.

After meeting families displaced by the fire at the Estates apartments and witnessing firsthand the kindness and willingness of so many of you to help, we knew we wanted to do more.

These are our neighbors. People who went to sleep in their own homes and woke up with nothing but the clothes they were wearing. The weight of that loss is impossible to put into words.

This Friday, Austin Tea Xchange will be donating 20% of our sales to the local charity Twelve: Thirty-One 12:31, who is working directly with the displaced families to help them rebuild, find stability and meet their most basic needs.

If you’re able to stop by, know that every cup poured and every meal shared is helping a family take one small step forward after unimaginable loss. Thank you for showing once again what it means to truly be a community.
