Our cows are fed a 100% vegetarian diet and have never, ever had any artificial growth hormones or antibiotics. (NEVER, EVER!) We deck out our patties with carefully crafted combinations of gourmet toppings and serve them on preservative-free buns baked daily right here in Central Texas. Our uncompromising American standards encompass all that we offer, including sweet potato fries, delectable vegetarian selections and a variety of farm salads made fresh all day. We’re proud to support local farms and vendors in our search for the freshest, healthiest possible ingredients, and we offer American-sourced beer and wine selections. We’re especially proud of our old-fashioned, hand-dipped Blue Bell Creamery Shakes in flavors that taste as good as you remember…but better! We proudly support local farms and vendors in our search for the freshest, healthiest ingredients. Whether it’s the cage-free eggs and turkey from the Richardson Farm in Rockdale, or the juicy tomatoes from the Walnut Creek Farms in Bastrop, we use as many fresh, local, 100% natural ingredients as possible and proudly list their sources in the restaurant. We make a variety of Farmers Market Salads fresh everyday and pile them high with the healthiest, yummiest veggies we can find. We even serve our own hand-dipped Blue Bell Creameries Shakes, spun with ice cream from “the Little Creamery in Brenham, Texas.” We combine Blue Bell’s finest milk, cream and real sugar with our own carefully selected ingredients. The results are delectable creamy concoctions that give a nod to the nostalgia of our childhood, and put the emphasis on today’s sophisticated palette.
