Chef Dzintra Dzenis has trained for over 20 years to offer those types of experiences to her guests, bringing everything she’s learned from her time abroad to her new home in Austin. PLATE by Dzintra is a full-service restaurant and bar. It’s also a culinary experience unlike any other offering lunch, dinner, supper clubs, and personal-chef services. Everything we make is created from scratch using only wholesome, unprocessed ingredients, and we rely on local farmers whenever possible to ensure the utmost quality in every dish.
