We are now open for dine-in service in our backyard wine garden and curbside pick-up. We call it Hot Weather Food, and it’s about eating right for the season and the climate. It’s important to think about what we eat in relation to where we live — and it’s hot in Texas. Historically, when you look at cultures that live in hot parts of the world, food is acidic, citrusy, brothy and spicy because th

at’s what works with the climate. So we emulate that and keep it light: very little butter, cream and gluten. It’s food that works with the climate. It’s good for your body. It’s good for the heat. It’s Hot Weather Food.

By popular demand, has revived his Italian menu just in time for summer. The 5-course, family-style menu for $68/person is live and it is awesome. I dare you to prove me wrong.

Look, I’m not going to say I know what ALL moms want, but it’s not a bad idea to start with great food & time spent with family. You can do both with us this Sunday, and no one has to clean up the dishes afterwards.

Wine club day has arrived, and the theme is Italian reds. We’re running a RED chef’s choice menu at the restaurant for the rest of the month, so I just kept the spirit going.

Raise your hand if you’re a fan of Italian wine. 🙋‍♀️ May I present 4 incredibly quaffable wines without pretense, all individually delicious and even more harmonious together.
