Yesterday, several of our guests—both those who dined with us and those who called us afterward—told me they had read our post about our sauces and were happy to learn that we offer both vegan and gluten-free options.

For the past two years, we’ve been quietly refining the sauces we use at Sand Pebbles. I never wanted to change the authentic flavors of Thai food—I simply wanted to make every dish a little better. My goal has always been simple: to serve food that is not only delicious, but made with genuine care and ingredients I can truly stand behind.

Today, every sauce we use in our restaurant is 100% vegan. We also use low-sodium soy sauce to help reduce sodium while preserving the authentic flavors of Thai cuisine. For guests with dietary preferences, we’re also happy to offer gluten-free options.

These may seem like small details, but to me, they’re part of the promise we make to every guest who walks through our doors. Caring for our customers begins long before a meal reaches the table—it starts with every ingredient we choose and every recipe we continue to improve.
