Like how much brisket is enough brisket when the Buckeyes play Saturday night and the Browns kick off Sunday.

We can’t help you with your picks, your parlays, or whatever questionable things you’re going to yell at the TV… but we CAN make sure everybody is fed. 🔥

Grab the ribs. Get the brisket. Add the pulled pork. Definitely get the mac. Whether you’re feeding the whole watch party or just making sure there are leftovers for round two Sunday, start thinking BBQ now.

We put a whole lot into what comes out of those smokers, but hearing that you loved the food and were treated well by our crew? That’s the good stuff. ❤️

Well… that long weekend was fun. Now everybody is 47 places at once again. 😂🔥

Work lunches. School pickups. Practices, games, homework, dinner, football… somehow the whole week filled itself right back up.

Good thing the smokers are waking up.

Grab BBQ for lunch, hit the patio while this weather is still showing off, pick up dinner on the way to wherever the kids have you running, or stock up for a weekend full of high school football, Ohio State Saturday night AND the Browns season opener Sunday. 🏈🔥

Basically, if this week requires food… we smoke the good stuff.

Neighbors helping neighbors. 💚 This September, when you stop by the BBQ Shop, you can add $1 to your order to help an Aurora neighbor keep their utilities on.

Every dollar we collect will go through the Aurora One Fund and be directed to the Local Emergency Assistance Fund, which helps Aurora residents facing loss of utility service.

So that extra buck with your brisket, ribs or mac could help keep someone’s lights on, water running, or heat going as we head into the “Ber” months.

It’s a small ask at the register, but when a whole community pitches in, those dollars can add up fast.

Add $1 this September and let’s see what Aurora can do, one dollar at a time. 💚

Now that everyone’s settling back into the school-year routine… could a little extra money fit into yours? 💵

Ol’chefskis BBQ is looking to add a couple part-time people to our crew!

We’re primarily hiring for:

🍦 ICE CREAM — Scooping, serving customers and keeping the Pit Stop running smoothly.

🔥 KITCHEN EXPEDITER — Working alongside our kitchen crew, putting orders together, keeping things moving and making sure Cleveland’s best BBQ gets out the window the way it should.

Other positions and opportunities may be available, too!

We’re mainly looking for afternoon, evening and weekend availability, making this a great fit for high school or college students, adults looking for a second job, or anyone who just wants to pick up some extra hours each week.
