🚨 ANOTHER MILESTONE UNLOCKED! 🚨
Today The Food Lab officially passed our health inspection with a 💯 A Score! ✅
Not only did we earn a perfect score, but we also received our official permit! 🙌
At this point, we're just waiting on the Fire Marshal and the Licensing Department, and we'll be one step closer to finally opening our doors.
I know... it's taken longer than any of us expected. Trust me, nobody wants to open more than I do. 😅 But we're not rushing it. We're building something we're proud of—something that represents our team, our community, and everything El Rey Group stands for.
When those doors finally open... it'll be worth the wait. ❤️

Run to La Cocina de El Rey in Grovetown 🍔🔥 Smash Lab Burgers is serving up some of the best burgers in the CSRA, and they are an absolute must-try.

These burgers are incredible — messy, juicy, thick, stacked, and packed with flavor. Perfect for satisfying those munchies in the best way.
One lucky winner will receive a $50 gift card to enjoy these incredible burgers! 👏

Our favorites were the OG, Stoner Special, and Smash Belly — sooo good. We chose to make the OG Quesolicious skillet style, and it was the perfect cheesy bite.

You can order on DoorDash, but we loved enjoying them for dine-in at La Cocina de El Rey. Burgers + fresh chips + a fully stocked salsa bar + cold margaritas? Such a fun combo. 🍔🍟🍹

Two smash patties with grilled onions, pickles, and American cheese. We made this one Quesolicious skillet style with melted cheese.

Pickles, lab sauce, American cheese, grilled jalapeños, and Oaxaca cheese.

🍍 Pineapple Manic
Grilled pineapple, ham, provolone, grilled onions, pickles, and lab sauce.

🌶️ The Toxic One
House-made chorizo, grilled jalapeños, Oaxaca cheese, chipotle mayo, lab sauce, grilled onions, and pickles.

Lab sauce, grilled onions, pickles, brisket, barbacoa, and jalapeño poppers.
