In recognition of Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, this month’s gathering is designed specifically to create space for men to connect, reflect and have real conversations in a judgment-free environment.

Not a support group. Not networking.

Just real people, real conversations and an opportunity to exhale.

Led by a licensed therapist, with no pressure to share. Just permission to show up exactly as you are.
