Alpine folklore tells a story of romance and tragedy. According to legend, young men proved their love by scaling the most dangerous cliffs of the Alps to retrieve an Edelweiss flower for their beloved.

The act of presenting an Edelweiss was the ultimate proof of dedication. Sadly, many brave suitors fell to their deaths during the perilous journey, making the flower a symbol of both true love and tragic sacrifice.

Our intention is to be humbled and inspired by this story—showcasing pure ingredients, beautiful preparation, a sense of risk, and precise ex*****on. A showcase of dedication to our craft and a gift to our guests.
