As we continue getting ready for our opening at Mary Coyle, we’re excited to welcome fellow local biz, Here We Go Coffee, into the space! ☕️🥐🎉

Beginning Thursday, April 2nd, Here We Go Coffee will be popping up inside from 7am–1pm (Tues–Fri) and 8am–1pm on Saturdays!

Come grab some delicious coffee + pastries, hang awhile, and meet your neighbors! And while you’re here, we’d love to get your vote for the Mary Coyle ice cream flavors you want to see back on the menu! 🍦

We’re so excited to get the doors open and can’t wait to be serving you ice cream soon! 💕

A new chapter begins for a Highland Square tradition. 🍦💕

We are incredibly honored to share that we are the new owners of the historic Mary Coyle ice cream shop. For generations, families in Akron have gathered here for ice cream, chocolates, and memories that last a lifetime. Being trusted to carry that tradition forward means the world to us.

We’re especially excited to bring together the heritage of NORKA Beverage with the iconic Mary Coyle, two historic Akron brands under one roof.

Our focus is simple: honor the history, serve the community, and make this a place where new memories are made for years to come.
