👀 Just a little update for my VT THAI family…

Nothing is concrete yet, and I’m not getting ahead of myself, but I just made an appointment to go look at a building. 🤞🏽

I’m slowly trying to get the wheels moving toward something bigger for VT THAI Rolls Co.—a place where I could hopefully do more lunch and dinner dishes, trays, pickup, delivery, and continue growing what we’ve built together.

Who knows… maybe one day this could be the future VT THAI headquarters! 🐘🍜🥢

Again, nothing is official yet—just taking the first steps and seeing what’s possible. ❤️ Thank you all for supporting this little dream of mine. 🙏🏽🔥

The kitchen has been working overtime, but we’re getting there! Now it’s just a few more hours of marinating that chicken so it can soak up all that flavor before it hits the grill. 🤤🍗

Good morning, Eggroll Nation! ❤️

I ran into a few unexpected difficulties with prep this morning, and I’m working hard to get everything sorted out as quickly as possible. Because of that, we’re looking at a later afternoon start today.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding. 🙏❤️ I’ll make a post as soon as I’m fully up and running and ready to start taking orders.

Vacation Announcement 🌴❤️

Hey VT THAI family! ❤️

Just a quick heads-up so nobody misses me too much 😂 — I’ll be taking a much-needed vacation September 21st through September 28th! 🌴☀️

That means the kitchen will be taking a little break while I recharge, relax, and come back ready to get those eggrolls, rangoons, and all your VT THAI favorites rolling again! 🔥

I truly appreciate every single one of you for continuing to support my little business. Your orders, shares, likes, comments, and encouragement mean more to me than you know. ❤️
