On Tuesday it was all hands on deck.

An enormous thank you to the Kazbar team for an outstanding job delivering for our client event at APPEC 2026 at The Ritz-Carlton, Singapore.

From preparation in the kitchen to live stations and service on the floor, this took planning, long hours, teamwork and a lot of hard work.

And wow, did they delivered.

We could not be prouder of this team.

Flash floods tore through the valleys near the Tibet border. Whole villages have gone. Hundreds of lives have already been lost, and hundreds more people are still missing, among them trekkers and volunteers who came to love Nepal.

You were here.

A weekday lunch, a table full of good food — and a little extra care from the team when the guests arrived with bags and needed to be seated comfortably.

Even during a busy service, the welcome stayed warm, the food arrived quickly and the table was well looked after. From generously seasoned kofta with saffron rice and fresh salad to a plate of pistachio-finished baklava, this is exactly the kind of lunch we love seeing shared by our guests.

Thank you for the five stars and for capturing your visit so beautifully.

Four courses, and a table you are not being hurried out of.

Hummus and babaganoush made in-house, with pita. Falafel and cheese borek with tahini.

Then your main off the charcoal: joojeh kebab, shish taouk, kofta, or one of ten more. Baklava closes the table.

Two glasses of Lebanese house pour for twenty more. Some mains carry a supplement, from three dollars.
