A comforting vegetarian pairing with a Mediterranean–Italian twist: our Vegetarian Moussaka with Penne Pasta all’Arrabbiata, thoughtfully curated as part of our group menus for corporate events in Singapore.

Our moussaka layers baked eggplant, potato, red pepper and fresh tomato, finished with golden, creamy kasseri cheese. Alongside, penne is tossed with extra virgin olive oil, fresh tomato and chilli for a lively Arrabbiata finish.

It is hearty, flavourful and satisfying — making it an ideal vegetarian option for corporate lunches, business dinners, private functions and group dining at The Esplanade.

Did you know the story behind these sculptures outside Pistachio?

Makan Angin is a bronze artwork by Singaporean sculptor Lim Soo Ngee, depicting a family enjoying a day by the Esplanade waterfront.

“Makan angin” means “eating wind” — a uniquely Singaporean expression for simply enjoying the breeze, surroundings and good company.
