We are a small but busy little cafe and are part of the Riverside Drive Marina community. We share a building with Waterman's World which sells paddle boards and accessories. The cafe is located right on the Hatea River and Whangarei's Loop Walk. We have free parking available at the front of Riverside Drive Marina or next to Riverside Park. We have lots of yummy drink options, Little Island ice-b

locks and ice-cream tubs and cabinet food available 7 days a week, including most public holidays. We do not have an onsite kitchen, so our food is limited to cabinet food at this time. We look forward to seeing you soon.

While some people see shorter days and cooler mornings, we see something different…

We see warm scones, yummy baked muffins, and sweet treats paired perfectly with a hot coffee.

👑 We’re Taking a Royal Day Off 👑

Kafé will be CLOSED on Monday for the King’s Birthday public holiday. Whether you’re spending the day relaxing, exploring Northland, or catching up with friends and whānau, we hope you have a fantastic long weekend.

We’ll be back brewing your favourite coffees and serving up smiles when we reopen.

🌿 Lest We Forget 🌿

This Anzac Day, we pause to honour the men and women who served and those who never came home. Their courage, sacrifice, and mateship shaped the nations we are today.

To all who rise before dawn to stand at the memorial this morning, we see you, and we’re grateful.

☕ Kafe is opening early today — doors open at 7am — so after the dawn service, come in and warm up. Whether it’s your first coffee of the day or a quiet moment to reflect, we’d love to welcome you.
