Mikey and Diah have been working up a storm this week to bring yo something a bit different:

Open steak sandwich:
Sliced steak with chimichurri mayo, onion jam, and fresh salad all stacked ontop of toasted sourdough.

Porkbelly burger:
Asian Sliced pork belly, crunchy slaw, sweet & spicy chili caramel,all topped off with kimchi in a toasted brioche bun.

Lentils,chickpeas,and blackbeans,with Mexican spices on corn chips. Topped with house made guacamole and sour cream.

Venison Pizza
Topped with venison mince, pickled beetroot, dates,and all finnished up with a chocolate and red w**e sauce.

Lamb Burger = pulled lamb korma, with fresh house made tzatziki, creamy feta, mesculn, pesto & cucumber.
