We're Hiring 🍻

FOH Manager
LCQ Required – Duty Managers Preferred but not essential.

The Speight's Ale House Nelson is a busy bar and restaurant situated in the Nelson Junction, close to the airport. We are looking for a passionate, fun, bubbly, hardworking, well-presented experienced person to be a part of our hard working managerial team.

30+ Hours per week
Duty Manager role, as well as FOH service - varying dependent on the shift worked
Experience working in a busy fast paced restaurant & bar
A passion for hospitality, with a can do, nothing is a problem attitude
Willingness and desire to work as part of a busy team
Bar & FOH skills
You must be a NZ resident or have a valid NZ working Visa.

We will offer you a competitive wage, a supportive team environment, training where your skills have the ability to further your career.

This role in intended for someone wanting long term employment and does include evenings, weekend shifts, including public holidays. Shifts can vary but rosters stay similar each week.

• Has bar & FOH experience
• Can confidently lead a team
• Has a positive, can-do attitude
• Is customer service focused
• Holds a current LCQ & Manager’s Certificate
