How cool our upgraded Foodtruck pad looks like in the evening?? ♥️🍔🍟

It’s time to answer few questions foodtruck is having daily.

Are you here tomorrow? Are you here next week? Until when you’re here?

Location: Foodtruck is at Nelson airport- 111 Trent drive (opposite AirNZ hangar, before the gates- free parking).

When: It is our Foodtruck’s new PERMANENT LOCATION. We are open Wednesday- Sunday 11:30am-8pm. And as we always did- hail, shine, or wind. In bad weather takeaways were a hit!

Menu is limited to our two best seller burgers to serve you faster. Still combos, Steal deals and cookies.

It is Friday and it’s time to look at our menu, make your pick and call your order in for the evening. As this is the coolest place to eat artisanal aged burgers and handmade fries around. Already got a group of 15 coming in, so call in to get your time slot.

Menu is available on Google, insta, Facebook or printed at the foodtruck. Then just ring 021 701 752 and get your time slot to have there or takeaway 🙏♥️

First week of our OG foodtruck done and dusted! 🍔🍟🥳

So last two days closed we have used to make our foodtruck pad prettier than ever 😎

➡️ Hang up fairy lights from tree to shed, to bring more light in the evenings 😊
➡️ Planted w**e barrels behind the tables for ambiance.
➡️Laid artificial turf under tables to get rid off dust from gravel.

We’re pretty happy with our DIY and believe customers will love it too, so your lunch break or dinner is another notch better, as it’s becoming pretty dope place to chill at 🥳 Can’t wait to see it open in the evening ♥️

It’s a school holiday and you know what kiddies want, damn good smash burger with handmade fries and that Burnt Pineapple Ketchup 🍟🍔

Yesterday legendary Sam The Trap Man visited our OG foodtruck with his family and left us this beautiful review ♥️🥩🍔🍟 He’s a fan of Marty’s from our foodtruck beginnings.

Foodtruck has done first Friday and Saturday with some good evening dinner rushes, so happy to see dinners back at the foodtruck, AirNZ staff, people calling in, hanging out at picnic tables, picking up takeaways for a fam. 🙏

Foodtruck and our staff worked 7 days this week including soft openings and got last service of the week ahead.

This is first weekend when Marty’s Meats Smash Burgers - OG Foodtruck is back for your after work fix , family takeaway, dinner at picnic table, in a bean bag, walking on Great taste trail, or date in a car after long 10 months. Friday nights used to be a biggest service of the week in the area. (Used to be booked out till 8pm from 5pm) 😎 Smashing till 8pm!
So:
1) Find our Foodtruck menu on Fb, insta, Google. Or pick up one printed at the foodtruck to tune up your fridge! 🤣

For a first time ever, Marty’s Meats is operating at two locations the same day ♥️🙏

📍C*D main shop - 244 Hardy street, Nelson. Wed-Sun 12-8PM walk in, dine in, call in for pick up, Uber Eats. 🥳

📍 OG foodtruck - Nelson airport, 111 Trent drive (before the gate, free carpark). Wed- Sun 11:30am-8pm, drive in, walk in, call in for pick up. Don’t forget our foodtruck runs hail or shine😎

So come to get your favorite house minced aged beef smash burger, hand pressed fries and house cooked sauce fix with those addictive cookies. At the foodtruck or C*D, come and say hi to our teams, enjoy good bite and vibe. It may be a regular day for many, but it is the day to remember for all of us 🥳🍟🍔

Thanks for your support, thanks to all those that contributed making this happen, thanks to our staff that works big week, it was a lot of work. Now we settle logistics of supplying and food production to our new outlet and happily ever after ♥️🙏

Soft opening Monday done and dusted!! 🍟🍔

It was great to see so many excited workers, aviators, our regulars for lunch. Not many of you knew we are open till late as usual, so today is second day of our soft opening and will be there 11:30am-8pm! 🙂 From Wednesday-Sunday Bussiness as usual 11:30am-8pm ♥️

We love our new foodtruck pad by Nelson Airport New Zealand!! We have our carpark designated before the shed (follow sign), and inside bellow the tree or overflow at carpark nearby 🙂

We plan to build fixed gazebo, fairy lights and make it coolest pad around, watch this space! 🍔 What a cool place have a house minced burger, handcut beef tallow fries and addictive cookie? 🍪

Today we welcomed ’s Meats Smash Burgers to the Airport whānau. Marty's began operating a few minutes away on Bolt Rd before switching up to open their restaurant on Hardy St. They've now returned to their OG area to serve the tradies, local workers and residents, and Great Taste Trail bikers. The food truck is located just before the Airport gates and has seating and a free car park. Regular hours will be Weds - Sun 11.30am - 8pm.

Re-opening of our OG Marty’s Meats Smash Burgers Foodtruck is set for:
Next Monday-Tuesday 21/22- September from 11:30am till 8pm!! 🍔🍟 At Nelson Airport 111 Trent Drive, Annesbrook (just before the gates to the airport, opposite AIRNZ hangar).

Our foodtruck with proud industrial roots is coming back home to its tradies, workers of Annesbrook, airport workers and residents of Tahuna, Annesbrook. As we’ve promised when we were leaving Bolt road. We are loyal to our people ♥️

What to look forward to?
Brand new Marty’s Meats Foodtruck. Aged hand minced premium NZ beef processed in our chiller bellow 2 degrees, hand pressed fermented agria fries done in premium beef tallow, original set of our 3 artisanal sauces cooked for 10+ hours (no coloring, preservatives and minimum sugar) and our addictive Whittakers chocolate cookies. All done in our C*D location, delivered freshly to foodtruck each morning.

What it means for you??
No more cooking preps, breaks, minimal wait time, foodtruck will roll out our two best seller burgers, fries, coleslaw, Steal Deal popular from our C*D location (lunch deal of Cheeseburger and fries for 14$) and also Combos (single and double smash) with our regular offering of drinks. All set for quick and efficient service for your limited lunch break, or before your trip. Phone in orders as you’re used to.
