- Pet Nat (Petillant Naturel) is made using the “ancestral method” - bottled before fermentation is complete, the result is a natural lightly sparkling wine that is fruity, refreshing and funky! - in many different varieties
- Spritz/wine cocktails - also another summer favourite with lots of different fresh flavours, perfect for the festive season!
