For those that ordered through ordermeal last night that had there orders rejected or not made, We greatly apologise. We got overwhelmed by orders and we had to turn our online ordering of for a period to try and catch up.
We did not realise that customers could still order and put on hold until we resumed again. When we reopened again, the orders just flowed in all at once which ment we had to reject the orders.
We have sorted the issue out and this shouldnt happen again.
