We’re looking for a passionate **Wh**ky & W**e Specialist** to join a new bar opening in Birkenhead.

You won’t need to travel to Southeast Asia for their flavours, just visit Birkenhead Village!
Mulan has been a longtime favourite in the Village, and we’re still in awe of their new location! James, Carol and their team have brought their favourite flavours from Southeast Asia to the Village and it is always a treat for our tastebuds when we visit! Some of our favourites are the Vege Delight (trust us, they make stir fried veges into something magical) and their classic Northern Pad Thai 🤤
