With a focus on fresh and seasonal New Zealand produce, think delicious turbot sliders, slow cooked crisp pork hocks, roasted whole fish and wood roasted chicken. Jack’s been in the kitchen, bringing one of his favourite ingredients into the spotlight, the humble leek.

Served with grilled kahawai, pickled daikon and miso coconut sauce, it’s a ittle smoky, a little sharp and most importantly it’s delish.
