This time from My total is now over 35 I own - But I particularly love these two because this team is using their mint proceeds to build schools for under deserving communities in Guatemala and Nicaragua. Now that is something to get behind, help in a little way to build school for kids in underprivileged areas.

In addition! The community gets to vote on which city to build the school. This is the Web3.0 aspect of the voting rights for the holders.

As the NFT market continues to mature and explode, there are so many projects out there that it is important for newcomers to pick the long term winners. First there are tons of scammers so always be aware and DYOR . Second, look for projects that have utilities, meaning that offer something more than just the jpeg, either some kind of rewards for holders like or they are doing something for charity. Third, please don’t get into NFTs to flip them, meaning to buy and try to sell for a profit in 2 days won’t work. Tons of videos online mentioning kids making tons of money by buying and selling for profit. This is not true! It might happen for a few but most that buy with that mentality end up losing money.
