If you haven’t tried Los Alisos yet, now’s the time. This organic single origin coffee from Chirinos, Peru is a light roast produced by Sergio Palermo of the La Prosperidad Co-Op and grown at nearly 1,900 meters. Think cantaloupe, clover honey, and red grape, with floral flavors and mellow acidity.

Los Alisos leaves us for the season on Sept 7. Grab a bag before it’s gone. ☕️
