The Tannery Restaurant established in 1997 is a leading restaurant in the South East specialising in cooking the best of local and seasonal produce. The Tannery Townhouse has 14 boutique style room in the heart of Dungarvan featuring every convenience including free wifi. The Tannery Cookery School, a state of the art school runs courses all year round with Paul Flynn at the helm. We welcome posts to our page and we love interacting with all our facebook fans. However any posts containing offensive language will be removed in compliance with our house rules.

Our beautiful cookery school dining table which has hosted so many memorable events is reluctantly up for sale as we make changes for our new smaller Tannery Restaurant (coming Spring 2027)

It can seat 14 people comfortably but can be extended to seat up to 20.
