Meet Aoife 🤍

Aoife joined the AndChips team in April 2025, after previously working in a little coffee shed by the beach.

Outside of work, she keeps pretty busy. She plays rugby with the Dungarvan U18 girls and has been playing piano since she was just seven years old. A lovely mix of tough tackles and piano keys!

Her AndChips favourite? The Fish Spice Box. It was something she never thought she’d like, but one try was enough to change her mind.

But for Aoife, the best part of AndChips isn’t just the food. It’s the people.

“The people I work with make my job enjoyable. I’ve made some strong friendships in my time here.”

And we think that’s what makes a good team special. People who work hard together, have plenty of laughs along the way, and become good friends too.

Meet Monika. ❤️

If you've been to AndChips over the last few years, chances are Monika has had a hand in making your meal.

She has been with us since day one, joining the team when we first opened in May 2019. Starting behind the scenes with food prep, she's been part of our story from the very beginning.

Outside of work, Monika's happiest spending time with her family and friends. When she's working, her go-to meal is the Messy Chicken Fillet Burger with cheese and pickles. But if you ask her what really makes AndChips special, her answer isn't the food.

"It's the people. The team. We've become friends, and even on our busiest days, we still find reasons to laugh."
