Happy World Tapas Day from all of us at 360 Cookhouse! 🇪🇸✨

To celebrate, we’ve created a special Trio de Tapas Españolas, bringing together three delicious Spanish-inspired dishes that showcase the bold flavours and fresh ingredients at the heart of great tapas.

🍷 Carrillada de Cerdo – slow-braised pork cheek in a rich red wine sauce, served with house sourdough.
🐟 Salmonete a la Plancha – grilled red mullet with heirloom tomatoes and red pepper emulsion.
🍅 Pan Con Tomate – toasted sourdough rubbed with garlic, topped with fresh grated tomato, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.

Enjoy all three together as a sharing board, perfect for the table, or order your favourites individually.

Today’s Anna’s last shift before she heads off to the States for the summer! ☀️✈️

If you’ve been into 360 over the years, chances are you’ve been greeted by Anna. Always smiling, always up for a chat, and never too far away from a bag of watermelon sweets.

Her bubbly personality, great sense of humour, and endless energy have made her a huge part of the team. While she’ll only be gone for the summer, the place definitely won’t be the same without her.

If you’re calling in today, be sure to wish her luck before she heads off on her adventure. Have the best summer, Anna — we’ll miss the laughs, the chats, and seeing those watermelon sweets making an appearance every shift! 🍉

A dish that started along the Belgian and French coastlines, Moules Frites became famous for bringing together fresh local mussels, crispy fries and buttery white wine sauces made for sharing around the table 🦪✨

Our version keeps that tradition alive with fresh Irish mussels, white wine & citrus butter sauce, rosemary salted fries and warm sourdough baguette for soaking up every last drop.

Simple ingredients, fresh local seafood and the kind of dish that turns into a long lunch at 360 Cookhouse.
