This is it! Tonight is our last night working until after the Rally, and I have lots of dough to get rid of!

As many of you know, Ed has been running the foodie shack single handed without me while I cope the grief of losing my Dad. He’s done a bloody brilliant job, absolutely amazing and has sold out every single night he’s worked. Not an easy role to do on your own.

Many of you also know, Ed served in the British Army, and on his second tour of Afghanistan he was injured incredibly badly and is quite honestly lucky to still be here with me and the kids. His bravery in the face of such terror and danger, earned him a Military Cross. Something that also saw us face years of treatment for PTSD and a major move to a small Scottish island to start again and rebuild.

So, Estelle, your review in the grand scheme of things, and the improvements you believe we need to make to our business, hold no weight. You can carry on being disappointed, that you didn’t get your pizza because you failed to read to pre order. One of the benefits of being a small business owner means I can also call out the 🐂💩and it has given me great pleasure to do that here.

He did his best, he always does. You can go find pizza somewhere else.

🚨 STOP SCROLLING, PIZZA PEOPLE! 🚨

🍕 THIS IS YOUR LAST FOODIE SHACK FIX UNTIL OCTOBER! 🍕

Yep… after this week, the pizza oven is going OFF. 🔥✌🏼

We’re squeezing in one final week of dough stretching, cheese melting and pizza slinging before we swap the Shack for some much-needed family sunshine! ☀️🌴

Then it’s straight back to Edinburgh, where our eldest little Shacker is having spinal surgery ❤️ so we’ll be staying put for a wee while as she recovers.

We’re really looking forward to being part of Salen Show again this Thursday — a brilliant day celebrating our island community, agriculture, local produce and plenty of show-day fun! The whole family will enjoy this ♥️

We’ll be there firing up the oven and serving wood-fired pizza by the slice or whole pizzas throughout the day — until we sell out! 🔥🍕

Hey folks, our whereabouts for this week is a lighter schedule than normal as we will be away down south for a family funeral.

Please note we will not be answering calls or emails during this time, and appreciate your understanding and patience.

Thursday is Salen Show Day and is such an awesome day out for the whole family, we work until we sell out so make sure you come earlier rather than later.

Fidden Farm Campsite on Fridays is always a sell out night, so order now if you know you want feeding. The earlier you order the better 👌🏼🍕

All messages and emails will be answered upon our return back to work on Thursday.

We have been so busy this week I haven’t even had time to post our whereabouts!

Better late than never, you can find us at Salen Bay Campsite on Wednesday from 5-9pm and on Friday we are back at the beautiful Fidden Farm Campsite 4-9pm.

We have sold out every night the last few weeks, and no I can’t bring any more 🤣 as much as I would love to. So please do pre-order asap if you know you want Pizza this week, ahead of the day if you can. The last few times we have gone to Fidden we have actually sold out on pre orders before even opening 👌🏼🍕

Order online and if you can’t see any times available that doesn’t mean the website is broken, it means online spaces have sold out so you need to call us or message on WhatsApp. Please don’t order via Instagram or Facebook as it’s really hard to keep track.
