Built around seasonality, the menu will continue to evolve throughout the year, with new dishes regularly introduced for a limited time - ensuring each visit offers something new to discover.

It’s week 4 of our Dish Spotlight series, and this week the spotlight shines on some of Nottingham’s best local produce! 🌟

Our Venison Carpaccio features carefully sourced venison from Newark-on-Trent - something we’re incredibly proud to serve as part of our commitment to high-quality local produce and thoughtful seasonal cooking. 🦌

Paired with dark cherry gel, wild garlic oil, olive crumb, and pickled shallots, it’s a dish that feels both refined and deeply seasonal. 🌿

We’re also proud to donate £1 from every venison dish sold to the , supporting conservation and sustainable deer management across the UK. 🤝
