Just 3 days to go until our first Beginners Pilates class at Bulwell United Reformed Church!

If you’ve already said you’re coming, please send me a WhatsApp message, text, or give me a quick call on 07967 027075 to confirm your place.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can complete a PAR-Q health questionnaire before the class starts.
✅ Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
💷 First class FREE!
💷 Then £7 per class or a 6-week block booking for just £30.
Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or looking to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and wellbeing, everyone is welcome.
